Location and Directions
Directions are based on arriving from the M4 motorway. If you require directions from other areas or roads, please try using www.streetmap.co.uk or www.multimap.co.uk if you do not have a road map available.
If you are relying on satellite navigation, you may be unable to find the postcode, as the development is new and may not be on your GPS memory. In this case, you should aim to head for Llanelli town centre or railway station & find you way from there, using the yellow AA new homes signage for ‘Millennium Quay’.
From M4 - Junction 48
Take the A4138 towards Llanelli for about 4.5 to 5 miles. This will take you over several roundabouts - just keep going on this road.
You will then see a large newly built Morrisons supermarket on your left had side just after a set of traffic lights. You will then come to a fairly large roundabout.
From the roundabout take the right exit onto the B4304. Carry on this road to the next roundabout, continuing on the B4304 at which point you will go over a bridge where you continue along the B4304.
You will go straight over another 4 roundabouts, passing the Parc Trostre Retail Parc along your way and several other supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl etc).
At the 4th roundabout, turn LEFT towards the North Dock.
You will now pass the Visitor Centre on your left hand side as the road bears round to the right. The sea front will be directly in front of you at this stage.
Take the FIRST turning on the left between the two apartment blocks. This road will then bend RIGHT a little, then LEFT, then RIGHT again.
Go all the way to the END and Cwrt Mary Welch is the last block on the left hand side.
